Note 14 - Subsequent Events On August 10, 2018, the Company entered into an amendment (the “Credit Agreement Amendment”) to the Credit Agreement with SWK. The Credit Agreement Amendment defers until November 15, 2018 the due date for the quarterly revenue-based payment that would otherwise be due in August 2018.
